If you have been charged by Rentaroo, it means that your payment details were registered and our service is active on an account.
To find out which account this is, search for “Ren taroo” in the inbox of your email. Don’t forget to also search for it in the Spam folder. You will most likely find a welcome email from us containing a password for your account. It could be that it’s a different website than you tried signing in to before.
